Charged by Bioscity?
You are in the right place. Bioscity Limited owns and operates several web products, and payments to any of them appear on your statement under our name.
What the charge looks like
On a card statement the line usually reads BIOSCITY LIMITED followed by London or GB. Some banks shorten it to BIOSCITY or add the product name. Pending charges can show as STRIPE or Stripe Payments UK for a day or two before they settle under our name.

If you still do not recognise it, someone in your household may have bought it, or a card may have been used without permission. Email us with the date, amount and the last four digits of the card and we will tell you what the payment was for and refund it if it should not have happened.
How payments are processed
Cards
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on a Stripe-hosted form or a Stripe-secured field and go straight to Stripe. Bioscity never receives or stores your full card number. Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
Bank transfers
Invoices, mainly for consulting work, can be paid by bank transfer to Bioscity Limited's business account with Wise. We can receive GBP, EUR and USD. The account details are printed on the invoice itself. We will never email you a change of bank details; if you receive such an email, phone us before paying.
Etsy
isorganized templates bought on Etsy are paid to Etsy, not to us, and show as Etsy on your statement. Refunds for those go through Etsy.
Currencies and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency stated on the product page, usually GBP, USD or EUR. Your bank may apply a conversion fee if your card is in a different currency. Where UK VAT applies it is included in the price shown or itemised on the invoice.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel from the account settings of the product, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds and disputes
Our refunds and cancellations policy explains what is refundable. In short: mistaken and duplicate charges are always refunded, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and downloads are refundable if they are faulty or not as described.
Before you open a dispute with your bank, please email us. A refund from us reaches you in 5 to 10 business days. A chargeback takes weeks and, for a genuine purchase, usually goes nowhere.
