How we take payment

Short version. The full picture, including refunds, is on the billing page.

Cards through Stripe

Card payments on our products are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. The statement descriptor is BIOSCITY LIMITED, sometimes followed by the product name.

Bank transfers through Wise

Invoices for consulting and larger orders can be paid by bank transfer to our Wise business account in GBP, EUR or USD. Account details are printed on the invoice.

Refunds

Email us with the date and amount and we will find the payment. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank, it is faster for both of us.
